The available room is 108sqft and has an attached closet. It shares a bathroom with one other very clean person, but there are two available bathrooms in the apartment to use. The entire apartment is fully furnished with the exception of your room. The apartment has a gorgeous view of the city and the lake, along with WiFi and utilities included in the rent price. Also included in the rent price is access to the facilities available in the complex, including a gorgeous pool, nice gym, convenience store, and restaurant. Any maintenance is done by apartment staff. Additionally, the 171 and 172 buses run directly from the complex, so transportation is very easy and convenient. UChicago students and employees also have access to the Regents Express, which goes straight to and from the University. You will also have two very kind roommates who would be happy to help you move in!

The deposit will be refunded after the first two months of rent have been paid on time.
